What we actually do
The box is the easy part.
Anyone can sell you a fireplace. Getting the right one into your building, on schedule, and keeping it working years later — that is where the work really sits, and it is the part we are judged on.
We find what's new
We watch the market so you don't have to. Every season we bring the newest burners, finishes and formats from the makers we work with — and we tell you honestly which ones are worth your space.
We move it, install it
Crating, transport, customs paperwork, lift bookings, delivery windows, on-site fitting. The fireplace is the visible part; the logistics behind it are the part we take seriously.
We keep it burning
Scheduled servicing, burner and sensor checks, spare parts, fuel advice and refills. A fireplace that hasn't been maintained is a fireplace that disappoints — so we stay involved after the handover.
Design spaces
Different rooms, different rules.
A penthouse, a hotel lobby and a showroom each ask something different of a fire — heat output, clearance, servicing access, how it looks at 9am and at 9pm. We have worked in all three long enough to know the questions before they are asked.
